WRGB TV 6 News (CBS) reported on Hudson Valley Community College’s partnership with the Troy Police Department and several community service organizations to offer Emotionally Distressed Persons Response Team (EDPRT) training Dec. 7 to 11. The sessions are being presented virtually due to ongoing precautions and restrictions related to the ongoing pandemic.
